The Residence is located in the pedestrian area of Cattolica, in front of the gardens of the splendid Piazza 1° Maggio and just a few steps from the sea, the spectacular Dancing Fountains and the shops. The apartments of the Residence are equipped with fabulous and colorful Scavolini kitchens.
Some of the apartments have air conditioning and a balcony with a gorgeous view on the seaside of Cattolica and on the town’s evening stroll.

In each apartment you will find:

  • Utilities included in the weekly rental fee
  • Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen not included (available for extra charge)
  • Possibility to add beds or cots, with extra charge
General conditions
DOWN PAYMENT: at the time of confirmation, 30% of the total via postal money order or bank transfer.
ARRIVAL: delivery of the apartment from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays, unless agreed differently.
DEPARTURE: the apartment must be vacated by 9:00 a.m.
SALDO: in cash at the time of arrival and delivery of the keys. The deposit on each apartment is € 200 in cash (reimbursable).
GARAGE: available on request and with extra charge.
FINAL CLEANING OPERATIONS: mandatory, to be paid locally.
