The CONCHIGLIA, 1 room-apartment, ideal for 2/3 guests.
The CORALLO, 2 room-apartment is the perfect solution for a family of 4.

Terms and conditions

DEPOSIT: 30% of full holiday cost on booking confirmation by bank draft or postal order.
ON ARRIVAL: Hand over of apartment keys to guests Saturday from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm or by prior arrangement.
ON DEPARTURE: Apartments must be vacated by 9.00 am.
PAYMENT: on arrival, at handover of apartment keys.

Garage parking, per day: May €. 9,00 June and September €. 10,00 - July €. 12,00 - August €. 14,00.
Prices include electricity and water bill, bed linen and towels not included. Supplement for bed linen and towels: €. 30,00 per person.
Cleaning of apartement on the departure from €. 80,00 to €. 90,00 at the Maremonti; from €. 80,00 to €. 100,00 at the Bellavista and Nautic. Extra bed: €. 100,00 per week.
